I was absolutely terrified at first but he soon put my mind at ease, made me feel safe and not judged. Over a couple of years we've built strength, fitness, and more importantly, confidence in my own ability!
Carl continues to tailor my workouts (even through injuries, surgery and hormone fluctuations!) with the right balance of push and encouragement, and for the first time in my life I actually love the gym and look forward to our sessions every week.

After suffering a grade 6 tibial plateau fracture, I first met Carl when I was learning to walk again. From that moment on, he’s been an incredible part of my recovery journey. Over the past two years, his expert knowledge, constant encouragement, and well-structured sessions have helped me rebuild strength, coordination, and confidence in my injured leg.

Carl has a real gift for pushing you just the right amount — every session was tough but always filled with laughter and positivity. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve reached a point I never thought possible; I recently completed a half marathon and now run five days a week without issue.

I got Carl involved into my 8 week fight camp for S&C and diet plan. Couldn't have picked a better man for the job! Super knowledgeable in all aspects, The difference in my ability in training was night and day. Any niggles or injuries from MMA training he always had solution on the spot. For my diet plan made it super easy and got me in the best shape I've ever been. I was always unsure about getting PTs but I wish I got him aboard since I started i best decision I've made.  Unreal coach and even better mate now 10/10

I have known Carl for a long time and have trained with him a few years ago. So, over the years, I have kept my strength but have put on the pounds. So I wanted to get into shape for my holidays. I had started to diet myself but was to be honest all at sea. So I contacted Carl and told him what I was trying to do he said no bother. Within 24 hrs, I had a training schedule and a diet plan, which was all very self explatior and easy to follow. All sent by email and on a training app so easy to use. Carl was always  on the end of the phone if I had any questions. I would have trained with Carl the only reason  I never we live so far apart  and my work schedule. So there is no excuse. it's all about mindset and a hell of a good trainer/coach to guide you and keep you on track. I am nearly 55 years old and feel like 20, so if you want to achieve your goals, Carl Wright is the man for the job he knows his stuff. I will be in contact with Carl when I get back for my next chapter.
