I got Carl involved into my 8 week fight camp for S&C and diet plan. Couldn't have picked a better man for the job! Super knowledgeable in all aspects, The difference in my ability in training was night and day. Any niggles or injuries from MMA training he always had solution on the spot. For my diet plan made it super easy and got me in the best shape I've ever been. I was always unsure about getting PTs but I wish I got him aboard since I started i best decision I've made.
